Cancellation Policy

- Daily booking :
- In the case of no-show, or if the booking is cancelled less than 2 working days prior to check-in, one room night will be charged by Shama Xujiahui to the Credit Card.
- Bookings for a period of 1 months and longer:
- Less than 72 hours notice – one month rent
- Less than one week notice– 50% of one month rent
- Less than two weeks notice – 10% of one month rent
- More than 2 weeks notice – cancellation without penalty
